I'm passionate about helping busy parents reduce their risk of Type 2 diabetes through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that fit into everyday family life. My passion for prevention is deeply personal. I lost my father to heart disease when I was young, and I saw firsthand how chronic illness affects not only the individual but the entire family. Years later, as I watched my own three children grow up, I became increasingly concerned by the growing number of young people developing Type 2 diabetes. I realised that while we can't change our genetics, we can influence many aspects of our health through the choices we make each day.

I believe lasting health isn't about perfection or restrictive diets. It's about creating realistic, sustainable habits that support your body through balanced nutrition, regular movement, restorative sleep, stress management, and meaningful connection.

My mission is to empower parents to take charge of their health, build habits that last a lifetime, and inspire healthier futures for their children—because when parents become healthier, families thrive, and healthier generations follow.
